In the moving circle, we learn embodiment techniques that increase body awareness, such as body tensions, and emotional regulation techniques that aid us whenever we are feeling stressed, anxious, depressed or overwhelmed.
We build and strengthen our self-identity through the exploration of different movements and expressions, through body, sounds and words.
Moving with others provide opportunities to heal relationships. We learn about ourselves through our interactions with others. We learn to deal with resistance and rejection, and practice seeking of connections and support from others. We model and conflict resolute in the here and now.
