～お申込の際の注意事項～～ Important Notice For Application ～1. 11/3（金祝）のワークショップについて / Workshops on Saturday. November 3日本語コンテストまたは英語コンテストのいずれか一つ以上をお申込みの方に限り、追加料金無しで11/3（金祝）のワークショップにお申込みいただけます。ご希望のワークショップへの事前登録が必要です。当日参加はお断りをする場合がございます。予めご承知ください。Those who have registered more than one contest from either the Japanese Contest or the English Contest can sign up for the workshops for free on November 3 . Registration is required if you participate in the workshops.Without registration, it would be possible you may not be able to attend the workshop.2. Toastmastersの会員ではない方/ For Non- Toastmastersプロスペクティブクラブのメンバーの方 /　For Members of Prospective ClubsToastmastersの会員でない方、もしくはプロスペクティブクラブのメンバーの方々も、コンテスト参加料金は日本語/英語各3,500円にて、承っております。11/3（金祝）は日本語コンテスト、11/4（土）は英語コンテストが開催されます。どちらか片方のコンテストのみの参加も可能です。ワークショップは無料でご参加いただけますが、必ず事前にお申込みください。また、パーティーは7,000円でご参加いただけます。Non- Toastmasters or the members of the prospective club will be able to join the contest for 3,500 yen either Japanese or English for each. The contest in Japanese will be held on Friday, November 3, and the contest in English will be held on Saturday, November 4. You can choose one of the contests or both of the contests.The workshop fee is free but the application is mandatory.Also we offer the dinner party for 7,000 yen.3. 宿泊について / Accommodation今回の大会では宿泊のご提供はいたしておりません。宿泊をご希望の方は、ご自身でのご手配をお願い致します。ご不便をおかけしますが、何卒よろしくお願いいたします。Unfortunately, due to high demand accommodation cannot be offered this time.For those who need to make reservations, please make them on your own accord. We do apologize for the inconvenience.4. キャンセルポリシー　/ Cancellation Policy一度お申込みいただきますと、お申込後のキャンセルはお受けしておりません。お申込みの際は、どうかお間違えのないよう、ご注意ください。ご理解いただけますよう、お願い申し上げます。万が一、ご参加が難しくなり、チケットの譲渡をお考えの場合は、メールにて譲渡先の方のお名前をご連絡ください。譲渡の手続きを致します。なお大会当日のチケット譲渡のご連絡はお控えください。Once you register for the conference, all payments are final. There are no exceptions. Not even for mistakes. Please check your registration very carefully. If you cannot attend, please let us know by email to whom you are transferring your ticket. We will make arrangement for that person to get in. There is only room for about 200 items, so it is first come first serve.・4階ホワイエは、飲食可能な休憩スペースとしてご利用いただけます。また、11/3(金）13ｰ15時の間、スペシャルカフェが出現し、みなさまにリフレッシュして楽しんでいただける仕掛けがございます。The 4 FL foyer is available for eating and drink if you so desire. There is also a special Cafe space made available only during 1- 5pm on Friday on the 6F for refreshment and entertainment.
