A beginner's guide to Walking Meditation (1 of 3)
"Take my hand. We will walk. We will only walk. We will enjoy our walk without thinking of arriving anywhere."
-Thich Nhat Hanh
"Have you felt like you're walking on a fast-track yet you feel that it's not YOUR track?
How do we know if we've been walking on the right track?
What if there's no track at all in the first place to begin with?
What if our path is something that we create along the way?"
If you ever felt lost in life, without any clear direction, this is a great way to start! In walking meditation, we will walk consciously, not with a destination in mind. A deep self-reflection requires one to be present to what's in the front and what's surrounding them, and walking meditation is a microcosm of what our journey has been in our life at large.
In this session, we will guide you through a step-by-step practice to an effective walking meditation. Learn to let go worries, fear, and stress by just focusing on one action at a time. Get insights and foresights of what you've been walking on, and find more about your next step! Slow time down by being mindful and conscious to every single little movements in your body!
