Stress-free Living (Free Public Talk)
In a big city like Tokyo, everyone experiences stress from time to time. We feel pressure from our job, our studies, our financial situation, and even those things that should bring us happiness, such as our family or our holidays, can be a source of stress.
When someone asks us “Why are you stressed?”, many of us would probably answer, “because of my particular circumstances.” However, stress does not come from external conditions, but is in fact a state of mind, a feeling that comes from our own mind.
If we understand what stress really is and where it comes from, we can start to control it because we can learn how to control our mind.
In this public talk we will receive practical advice on how to deal with anxiety and stress in our daily life.
