Today, Bitcoin has risen in value and is accepted as a mode of payment in various places. The rise of Bitcoin has impacted lives all around the world, changed the way people view money and revolutionized the finance industry. Tomas has extensive experience in engineering, management and start-up businesses. He also previously designed and developed one of the first and most successful Bitcoin over-the-counter payment systems, and through this, helped merchants accept Bitcoin in their physical stores. Being a specialist in cryptocurrencies and Bitcoin, he has also spoken at many international tech, financial and libertarian conferences and has been repeatedly interviewed by various media platforms including the BBC, CNA or Reuters.[Who are we?]We are a part of a student movement in Singapore passionate about the intellectual tradition of classical liberalism.
