SoC Mooncake Festival Workshop @ Mulberry Marymount 23rd Sept

The Mid Autumn Festival is around the corner, and the jade rabbits are coming out to play!

School of Concepts, best known for our "learning through play" philosophy, and sellout Phonics taster sessions, will be conducting 6 interest workshops in light of the Mooncake Festival.

For one afternoon, bond with your child through making cookies and cream snowskin mooncakes, make the legend of the Mooncake Festival come alive for your child, and create a strong interest and a love for culture and reading, while encouraging your child to explore his/her imagination with lantern making craft. Finally, dress up as Mama Chang E and/or Papa Hou Yi with personalised mask for your little jade rabbit at your Augmented reality enabled photo booth!

Celebrate the Mid Autumn Festival with SoC!
Mid Autumn is more than just mooncakes (although to many of us, its the best part!) and we want to share the magical and meaningful stories behind the Festival, which has been celebrated for hundreds of years, with you and your child. Join us at four very limited and fun-filled hands on Mid Autumn Festival workshops where the both of you will be treated to a wondrous and educational journey from the past to present. Learn the story of Chang E and the Jade Rabbit through our engaging storytelling sessions which incorporate AR and games, build your own whimsical lanterns, whip up deliciously soft snowskin mooncakes and don costumes that transport you back into the mystical legend!

The 1.5-hour workshop is priced at $88 for a Parent and Child experience and will take place at Mulberry Marymount.
