HEY Family & Friends! Reggie here and i am happy to finally share with you a little book i have put together, titled #Livinglifetothefullest. The backdrop of the book revolves around the crazy mad rush in this modern era where many young adults are zombified and lost. My work in 2016 has brought me around China, it was an experience. I took the chance to backpack about China (Xinjiang, Xi'an, Dalian) , Korea, Taiwan, Hongkong, Macau. This memorable journey thought me how to "date myself". While many of us seek instant gratification and mutual validation to fill up this emptiness from within, maybe we should look within. In this book I explore the beauty of dating yourself and finding your purpose. Purposeful living unlocks the inner reservoir of life. Maybe we all need to take a break and define who we are? I explore 3 elements to simplify the journey of finding ones purpose namely, Headspace, Experience and Patience. Some tips to Solo travelling to sum up the book, lets travel the world!
