First time ever, come experience a health-drumming welfare programme for you Parents and Caregivers of children with Special Needs and SPED educators who experience times of burnout, exhaustion and increased stress. We are so busy with our kids and their activities, but forget about our wellness. Well this is the right place for you! A right place for US.

Facilitated by Shamroz Khan and Sivaranjini Das, both have 10 years experience in teaching persons with special needs.

We do not require musical experience or drumming skills, so don't worry this is not a music class.
Drums and percussion are provided! Come hands free. But if you wish you can bring along your drum too.
(The session is conducted in English and is based on the HealthRHYTHMS Group Empowerment protocol.)
