We're afraid to make mistakes, get judged by others, and end up humiliating ourselves. Fear of public speaking is rated as our No. 1 fear - placed even before the fear of death. Experiencing speaking anxiety is normal, and it's almost impossible to get rid of it, but there are ways to manage it more positively and effectively. Join us at this mindfulness session to learn how to deal with speaking anxiety through mindfulness knowledge and practice!About the Guest FacilitatorRatna is a mindfulness practitioner and facilitator. She worked in the Training & Consulting industry for the past 7 years in the area of Sales, Marketing & Business Development. She also assists in co- facilitating of training programmes in Mindfulness, Emotional Intelligence, Leadership, Public Speaking and Change Management. She won several public speaking competitions and served as President in a Non-Profit Organisation. She has been practicing mindfulness for the past 7 years and learning from various mindfulness teachers. She conducts mindfulness sessions to numerous Organisations, Universities, Polytechnic, and Non-Profit Organisations. She has been going through a transformational journey of embarking on the Mindfulness practice, therefore she aspires to make positive differences to the life of others. Born and raised in Jakarta, Indonesia, Ratna has lived in Singapore since 2006. Ratna graduated with a Bachelor in Business from the University of London. She is also an ACTA certified trainer.
