About Ninja Chef Taka
In his chef career of 35 years, chef Taka had been running Ryotei, a traditional Japanese restaurant which has over 100 years history as a master chef and also managing director in Ishikawa Prefecture, Kanazawa City.
He also had been a grand chef at a up-market Japanese hotel and kept busy like a true Ninja Master Chef - running two restaurants in the bustling Ginza of Tokyo and four other branches in Kanazawa city at the same time.
A Ninja Master with many talents, he’s had skills sets in both Japan and China:
A part-time teacher at cooking college for 15 years
Invited to be on a cooking program for a local TV station for one year
Developer and producer of “Osechi ryori (famous traditional festive food/lunch box for the New Year)”, sold at a prestigious department store in Tokyo
Developer, producer, and distributor of the much celebrated food box wedding gift more than 10 years
Master chef in Shanghai and Beijing
Developer for new menu as a food coordinator while teaching cooking in Harbin, which broadened his culinary skill in a different Asian country
