Noticing, observing and perceiving become the ‘stepping stones’ to “Their Conversations”, beginning with solitary marks that build into a created dialogue. In the 3rd session of Mark Making; "Their Conversations”, Diana will take you to an intersection that integrates contemplative, playful and chaotic enquiry to unravel the personal familiar inner voice, juxtaposed with a concealed, uncertain ‘crowded dialogue’. When multiple influences bombard us; opinions, viewpoints, and voice, form an inter-play between the silence, where our unique marks evolve to create and build other marks forming language. Here we emerge, evolve and expand to include new and often different approaches to communing with others in ‘Their Conversations’. This is an enquiry through the MAKING of MARKS to discover “Their Conversations”, what we know and what is revealed is never what we first thought but by allowing ourselves to step into a new unexpected and different form, we begin to notice, observe and perceive – and ultimately - something else is created and emerges to the world.The formation of new marks, influences the potential for the group who then come together as "Their Conversations". In this wide open space, all things form to reveal possibilities, it is an opening, connecting with the heart to awaken in what ‘is now’ and merges with others. It is here, ‘The Brush is aligned with the Heart’. “Aligning the Brush with the Heart” is a series Diana is conducting over a 12 month period, in Tokyo, Japan.
