All decisions made by the organizer and judges will be final and no disputes will be entertained.9. The organizer reserves the rights to amend the terms & conditions contained herein, as is seen fit. In the event of any alterations, prior notification will be given to the Contestants promptly.Registration:Participants are required to register before the event day at Sunway GEO Avenue’s Peatix Channel. .Only Color Pencils and Crayons are allowed to be use throughout the competition. Prizes will be awarded to the Contest winners based on creativity and overall attractiveness of the artwork. All winners for all categories will be chosen at event venue on the event day and will be awarded with the prizes on the event day.Participants are required to provide correct and valid personal information in order to validate the registration for the contest. Any unclear or incomplete details will make the participation void. Details which consist of personal data provided by participants may be used by organizer in line with Personal Data Protection Act 2010 for the following purposes: -a) The processing of the Contest participants; b) The operations and process involved in this Contest; c) Updating our records on the participants of this Contest; d) Market research and statistical analysis and surveys with the aim of improving our services; e) For advertising and promotion purposes; f) For any purposes required by law or regulation.7. In providing participants’ contact number, e-mail address, facsimile number or other contact methods, participants are agreeing that organizer may contact them by telephone, e-mail, facsimile or other such method. Other than those individuals and entities mentioned above, or as informed from time to time.8.
