Kundalini Yoga - Awareness
Kundalini Yoga, the Yoga of Awareness is the technology of human consciousness. This technology precisely and consciously combines breath, hand poses, eye-focus, mantra, body locks, and postures to balance the glandular system, strengthen the 72,000 nerves in the body, balance the glandular system, expands the lung capacity, purifies the blood stream. It promotes health, vitality, mental clarity and inner balance. It is the fastest way to establish an aligned relationship between the body, mind and the soul. It teaches the techniques and awareness to stay healthy in body and in mind, boost up our energy, harness the energy of the mind and the emotions, so we can be in control of ourselves, rather than being controlled by our thoughts and feelings.

What is the difference between Kundalini Yoga and other types of yoga?
Kundalini Yoga is much more than just a system of physical exercises. It is a dynamic, powerful tool for expanding awareness. This practice of Yoga uses a combination of movement, exercises, breath, hand positions and meditation techniques and vibration of sound. Most importantly, the purpose of this form of yoga helps in the expansion and heightening of one’s awareness and focus on an inward journey of Self Discovery.
Each Kundalini Yoga class includes 1 hour of exercises and 30 mins of meditation techniques to help us achieve sense of balance, clarity and peace after every
session. It works very efficiently as one can feel changes in the body and psyche
within a few minutes and deeper changes through regular practice.
The technology of Kundalini Yoga applies its science to our bodies and minds.
It has no boundaries, no discrimination therefore it is for everyone. It is
universal and non-denominational.
