Each of the four main characters, all of whom are 13 years old, must go through a painful transition.--HOW DOES CINEPHILIA WORK? Cinephilia [Lot82C] is a home for film buffs to watch movies together. We are still in love with the idea of cinema, even in the age of Netflix TV series. We are pretty eclectic in our taste and we want to watch films from all over the world. We're warming up the space in the month of July 2017 with some private screenings for friends, families and acquaintances. So if you like what we like and if you feel that you’re a friend of Cinephilia, then consider yourself invited to all our movie nights! We ask for a small contribution, usually on a sliding scale between RM5 - RM10 per person per screening, to help with general upkeep. We are a very small space. Our screening room fits only about 15 people. But we like to think that it's a cosy and intimate enough space for film buffs to get together, hang out, argue over movies and share our great love for cinema. Our next door neighbours have drinks and snacks on offer too if you feel the munchies.
