YOGA in the Park: 100 minutes of pure Light
Hi everyone, it's Yoga in the park time: Flow into your Light with Cynthia
It's mid-year, how are you doing on your 2017 goals? Have you picked up the habits, hobbies, lifestyle choices you've hope to? Are you happy with your growth, attempts to step outside your comfort zone, or perhaps more confused than ever?
We'll explore these questions as we practice mindful meditation and movement in the park to find harmony and alignment between our goals and the mind, body, and spirit. This is for anyone new to yoga or experienced yogis.
Become inspired by where your body and mind can take you. We'll start by becoming present in our current state and body, then flow into a beautiful vinyasa yoga practice that integrates our breath to tune into and deepen our movement and postures. And we'll end with a nice guided meditation while you're in a space of openness and expansion to tune inwards and visualise the rest of your year.
While you'll meet everyone in class, if you'd like to continue to connect, chill with new friends, feel free to join us for a healthy juice, brunch or meal at Chinoz on the Park. Great menu and thirst quenchers to nourish you after a solid yoga practice!
What will you get:
- 80 minutes of yoga to stretch, build flexibility, strength, and balance
- 20 minutes of guided meditation
- great energy and vibes :)
- water will be provided
How does it work:
- Meet-up in front of 'Chinoz in the park' terace entrance near the water fountains at 10:30 am
- Yoga class starts 10:45 am [80min power yoga + 20 min meditation]
- Please bring your own YOGA MAT or blanket (we have a few extras, let us know!)
- In event of rain, we'll notify all ticket-holders by email -- and offer choice of attending the postponed date (following Saturday), future credit or refund.
- Pregnant ladies please come earlier to check in with Cynthia

About the YOGA instructor:
Cynthiã Wõng is currently on a mission to create 1 million inspired moments to empower people all over the world to step into their passions and light. She sees yoga as a transformative tool for people to connect again to oneself, to step into the person they’ve always wanted to be.
She's received 3 certifications in Bali - Hatha Vinyasa Yoga, Standup Paddleboard Yoga, and Pre/Postnatal Vinyasa Yoga. Cynthia integrates breath, environment, music, and fun to build conscious communities, together embracing yoga, as well as personal goals and visions. She continues to expand her yoga class offerings to include elements she’s passionate about - nature, sunsets, live music, beach, parks, community, yoga for running, etc - and make it fun and accessible to more people who are new or experienced in yoga.
While born and raised in US, Cynthia has lived in 8 countries and traveled 56. She’s spent 4 of the past 5 years living/based in KL. She’s taught yoga for various groups – transformational programs for women, yoga for families, couples, new moms, refugee girls and women, male pageant finalists, at MURFEST, SUP Yoga at Bali Spirit Fest, even designing a series of yoga classes for running. Venues expand beyond beautiful studios to include candlelit balconies, city center rooftops, seaside beaches, eco-resorts, desert festivals, urban parks with skyline view, cafes, the 5 star Pangkor Laut resort, and her Sunday sunset yoga classes under a huge open air dome. Her classes offer group introductions, introspection and reflection, music, candles, and options to eat and connect after class.
Cynthia believes through connecting with each other as well as the sights, sounds, and space, we can surrender to the magic all around us to become truly inspired and powered by our light within.
