At this event, we are focusing on noodle making methods we developed, discussing ingredients and processes that are critical in making of great noodles, followed by actual production of noodles with our machine. You will also have the opportunity to taste the noodles we make.Our noodle business experts from Japan will be onsite to provide consultation sessions. The morning session will focus on noodle making, followed by consulting sessions in the afternoon. We can be flexible in accommodating your requests.
