Admission is free. However, admission is limited to only those who have preregistered and who hold a valid ticket. You can reserve up to a maximum of 2 seats per reservation.Due to social distancing, the number of seats are restricted. The seats at the church are not numbered. You will be assigned a seat by the usher at the entrance upon arrival. The concert last about an hour without intermission. Doors open 30 minutes before the concert begins.How to receive your ticketAfter you have ordered your ticket, your ticket will be saved in the Peatix app. On the day of the event, you will only need to bring your smartphone and show your ticket on the Peatix app. If you don't have a smartphone or cannot download the app, you can also access your ticket on the Peatix website. Please print your web ticket, and don't forget to bring the printout with you to the concert.Please kindly follow the requests listed below.
To prevent the spread of COVID-19, please wear a mask, follow cough etiquette, use hand sanitizer, and practice physical distancing.
Before you enter the venue, your temperature will be checked with a non-contact thermometer. Anyone with a temperature of 37.5℃ or above will not be admitted.
On the day of the performance, please refrain from attending if you have any symptoms of illness such as a temperature of 37.5℃ or above, a cough, or a sore throat.
You are requested to share your name, contact details and seat row with staff either when entering or when leaving the church. If anyone at the venue is found to have COVID-19, we will share your contact details as required with local health care centers and public agencies. If a public agency directs us to contact our ticket holders in regards to COVID-19, we will do so promptly.
Postponement or CancellationIn response to local authority policies, the concert may be postponed on short notice. Please check our homepage for updates.If you have made a reservation, but are not able to attend, we ask you to cancel 3 days prior to the concert. 入場の際に非接触体温計で検温を実施します。37.5度以上の発熱が見られる方は入場できません。
公演当日に、37.5度以上の発熱、咳・咽頭痛等の症状がある方はご来場をお控えください。
ご退場の際にお名前、ご連絡先および席の列の情報提供にご協力ください。ご来場のお客様の中から感染者が発生した場合、保健所等の公的機関へ提供することがございます。お客様への連絡が必要となった際は、公的機関の指示に従い、早急な対応をいたします。
