This personal growth group will help you discover creative ways to disarm that inner critic, using the various action methods of Psychodrama.Come play, get spontaneous and step out with others in the group!This ongoing group will run for six weeks, every Friday (10 Sept to 15 Oct) from 6:30 – 8:30 pm for SGD 450.Kindly take note that as a pre-requisite requirement to joining this group, participants should have attended an open session. ABOUT OUR TRAINERSharmini Winslow has a Masters in Counselling and is a Certified Psychodramatist (CP) and Practitioner Applicant for Trainer (PAT) with the ABE or American Board of Examiners. She has trained with the Hudson Valley Psychodrama Institute and AANZPA (Aotearoa Australian and New Zealand Psychodrama Association).Her background in Performing Arts (BfA) and Counseling (MC) influenced her to develop a dynamic and innovative form of group therapy.
