Push to the Max - Bodyweight circuit Bootcamp

Come to our bootcamp, Sunday 2nd July, 9am! The workout is jointly conducted by PushPullGive and Urban Remedy. Come and work out your body at the beautiful Macritchie Reservoir.

About our Bootcamp:
We use a combination of bodyweight exercises and circuit training in our program. ‘Circuit’ means a group of activities and refers to a number of selected stations positioned around the workout area that are to be visited in rapid succession. Each person should complete the activity in one station before proceeding to the next. They then continue until they have passed through all stations as required by the instructor, or until a certain time requirement has been met.

About the trainer:
Razif is a Certified Personal Trainer who is deeply passionate about health and fitness, challenging and taking his clients to their peak performance. His eyes were opened to the needs of young adults while leading an exercise group as part of a volunteer work he did.

PushPullGive’s mission is to forge social impact through fitness. We offer regular fitness class for everybody. Our classes are suitable for every level. Working out with us doesn't only makes you feel fitter and healthier but also enables us to support the marginalised youth in Singapore.

We organise free workout classes for the marginalised youth and children that otherwise would not have the means to take part in the fitness culture. This creates a meaningful social impact for our beneficiaries and increases their feeling of inclusion in society.
