Chorus in Concert, is a celebration of the unique and irreplaceable role the chorus plays in providing the elements of grandeur and fireworks any opera seeks to bring to stage. As COVID-19 restrictions render us unable to perform as a full chorus, the SLOC will instead present renditions of our favourite solos, duets, arias, and ensembles from an eclectic selection of operas to continue bringing music and people together in these times.Sung in English, German, French and Italian.Approximately 90 minutes with no intermission.Conductor: Terrence TohPianist: Dale HuangPerformers: Singapore Lyric Opera Adult Chorus (SLOC)Individuals will be notified by e-mail of their seat assignments for the show. Seat selection requests will not be entertained.Individuals who are not fully vaccinated are reminded to undergo Pre-Event Testing (PET) from a MOH-approved COVID-19 test provider no longer than 24 hours before the concert end time, and bring along a negative test result for admission.Required Safety Management Measures for the Concert1. Pre-Event Testing (PET) will not be conducted at this show.2. All attendees must either:(i) Be Fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (i.e last dose completed at least 14 days before concert date);(ii) Have obtained a negative result on a Pre-Event Test (PET) taken no longer than 24 hours before the end time of the event; or(iii) Have obtained an official Pre-Event Test (PET) Exemption Notice, which may be available for unvaccinated individuals who have recovered from a past COVID-19 infection.Please note:(i) Results from a self-test kit are NOT acceptable as proof of a negative result.(ii) If you are unable to produce proof of vaccination, return a negative PET result, or have a valid PET Exemption Notice, you will not be admitted into the venue.3. Audience members must not exceed 5 individuals per group in accordance with prevailing group limits. There should be no physical interaction or mixing with other groups.4. Only children aged 12 and under may be exempted from pre-event testing. However, children who do not undergo pre-event testing:(i) may not form a group that includes any other children aged 12 and under outside of their household; and(ii) may only form a group with other children aged 12 and under if they are from the same household.5. To ensure that safe distancing is maintained, the audience will be seated in a single-seating arrangement.6. Audience members must be masked throughout the show.7. Audience members are not allowed to move around the venue during the performance; they should stay seated.8. Audiences and performers must not interact in any physical manner (e.g., autograph sessions, invitations to come on stage).9. All must check-in to the venue using TT-only SafeEntry, via scanning of the QR code with their smartphones or by presenting their TraceTogether Token.
