Founded in 2015, it is the leading mobile marketplace for local services in Southeast Asia with operations in five cities and offices in Malaysia, Singapore and Thailand. SerisHero extensively applies data analytics to anticipate customer needs. Loo was also a founding member and regional director at Groupon China. He has a degree in law and business from the University of Auckland, and an MBA from the University of Oxford. Vince Tan is the Co-Founder and CEO of Shock Media Studio, a digital marketing agency focused on helping its clients grow in the digital space. Tan started programming from the tender age of seven before immersing in programming and digital marketing. He has conducted online marketing training in over 10 countries and 20 different cities. Jeff Sandhu is the producer and presenter for Tech Talk, a daily show on BFM 89.9 that focuses on technology for all types of consumers. Jeff has interviewed over a thousand decision-makers in many global and local enterprises, and also moderated digital conferences and hosted CIO Summit conferences around the region. His current interests are cognitive computing and AI, internet of things and big data analytics.
