Sake SalonBrewery from deep Gifu ”Tenryo”
“Sake Salon” will offer you a chance to
taste a sake from deep Gifu.
Matasuke Uenoda, the 9th
generation kuramoto of Tenryo-shuzo (Gero,
Gifu) will be the guest.
With his experience of working in the US
for several years, he is trying to bring a new phase to this brewery with long
history.
Gifu is a mountainous land, which means it
is blessed with plenty volume of clean natural water. That is true for Tenryo-shuzo.
It’s super-soft natural water characterizes the quality of sake.
John Gauntner will be with
you to explain about the charm of this attractive brewery.
The seats are limited for about 20 people,
