Before the academic profession, he was a Partner and Managing Director at The Boston Consulting Group (BCG) for a total of 17 years, serving as the Asia/Pacific regional leader of BCG’s Technology, Media, and Telecommunications practice. Prior to BCG, he dedicated years in the architecture industry across Europe, North America, and Asia as a city planner, and engineer for Nikken Sekkei, Japan’s largest architecture and city planning firm. Apart from that, he serves as an outside board member and outside auditor of several corporations, including Omron Health Care, ERI Holdings, and Stanley Electric.Jasper WuJasper was the CXO that led the CX department at U-NEXT where he led a team of researchers, designers, product owners, and customer specialists who create the all-in-one entertainment service in Japan. He helps the organization to explore a suitable development flow and create a customer-centered product design culture. Jasper is passionate about customer-centered product development, customer insight, data analysis, design thinking, and design sprint.
