The session focuses on teamwork and inclusivity whereby participants engage in a series of partner poses, story based sequence and circle-time game. The session would be conducted at an optimal pace that allows participants to fully experience the essence of Yoga through collaborations with their mothers / children. This form of Yoga strengthens the bond between mother and child since it inculcates a sense of trust, lovingness and spiritual connection. The session focuses on initiating a conscious community amongst mothers. This serves as a lifestyle empowerment tool that enables them to stay healthy, happy and harmonious together with their child / children....Instructors' profiles:Nayla Alieva Nalya Alieva (Raj Kaur) was born in Moscow, Russia and then immigrated to US where she started her yoga journey. After 10 years of practicing Ashtanga, Hatha and Kundalini yoga she moved to Singapore where she received her Kundalini Yoga Teacher certification from Kundalini Yoga Asia, Golden Bridge Yoga (US) and Kundalini Research Institute. Nalya also is certified kids yoga teacher with Radiant ChildYoga Program. Raj studied under guidelines of such yoga masters as Sunder Singh Khalsa, Gurmukh Kaur Khalsa, Tarn Taran Singh Khalsa, Surej Kaur Khalsa and Tonie Noonyes. Currently Nalya teaches Kundalini Yoga as part of Whole wellness programs at Silat Road Sikh Temple. Being PhD degree holder in molecular and cell biology, Nalya implements her knowledge of physiological and anatomical principles in her yoga teachings. Nalya has two kids of different age, 21 and 7 years old. She focuses on family yoga and the ways in which yoga can balance and help to navigate through busy life environment without disturbing the inner peace. Nalya is an enthusiastic advocate of bringing yoga and yogic healthy and uplifting lifestyle into everyday life. Nalya has experience in teaching at family oriented events and family bonding workshops. .. Regina Chua Yen SanRegina Chua is trained as an adult yoga teacher and is experienced in teaching Children Yoga. She started practising yoga at the age of 21 and had since advocated for children related transformational programs, as well as focused on the psychological well being of children. She started the company, Rainbow Child Yoga, in December 2011 to pursue her desire to provide an all-rounded education for children. She strives to honour the creativity and spirituality of every single child.Regina is certified in Early Childhood Education and had taught under both the local and international curriculum. Applying her skills and knowledge on Early Childhood Education, Regina displays a teaching style that gives a sense of sweet naturedness and gentleness. She believes that an amiable teaching style can bring out the radiance, as well as emphasize on the unique aspects of each style.
