"SportsPlay-Unite Badminton Open" aims to bring out the best of fans and talent from all tech ecosystem players and tech companies to showcase their love for badminton and showcase their skills in competing to be crowned "SportsPlay-Unite Badminton Open" champion.The tournament will feature Malaysia's tech ecosystem players and tech companies who will be sending representatives to participate in doubles games in the following categories:- Men’s doubles,- Women’s doubles, and- Mixed doublesA total of 16 pairs will be accepted on first come first serve basis, and will be drawn into 4 groups. Each pair will play each other in their group matched with the top 2 placing in the group advancing to the next round. In encouraging unity through sports, participating teams are encouraged to have a team from different races. Teams who register and participate with different races will receive special awards and unity certificate. The goal is to celebrate unity through sports.
