When was the last time you waking up and notice the smell of the breakfast aroma fills the air? As we breathe in, air goes through our nose and into our lungs. But often times we don't recognize the subtleties of the smell in the air. We're too caught up in our every day's routines to even savor the meal that we eat. As we devour everything quickly, we forgot to taste, to smell and we even forgot ourselves!

How do we awaken ourselves and collect back the pieces that we have left behind? Would you like to heighten your sense of smell and the subtleties surrounding you? Would you like to wake up in the morning fully energized, smelling the fresh air around you?

In this new series of Awaken Your Senses meditation (Session 2/3), allow yourself to explore your senses of smell through breathing! Connect deeper to your awareness by noticing the different particles in the air that we breathe. Find the neglected part of yourself through this guided meditation and mingle with like-minded people!
