Yamato Manufacturing Co., Ltd is a 38-year-old manufacturer of noodle making machines, dedicated to helping our customers be able to serve the best possible noodles all over the world. Because we’ve seen a growing demand on Japanese noodles, ramen, udon, soba, and other types of noodles, we’ve been busy teaching noodle making methods we developed over 30 years. For January 20th and 21st 2014, we are offering Yamato Noodle event in Singapore at The Eureka Cooking Lab. At this event, we are focusing on noodle making methods we developed, discussing ingredients and processes that are critical in making of great noodles, followed by actual production of noodles on our machine and tasting of these noodles.Also, we are bringing 2 of noodle business experts from Japan to consult with your needs, goals, and what needs to be done to achieve them. So, we are offering noodle making session in the morning (10AM-2PM) and consulting sessions, talking about particular needs/goals you have. We can be flexible in accommodating your requests. So, please provide as much details of what you want to discuss as possible. (2:30PM – 6PM). This time, we are giving away “Ultimate Ramen”, which is a textbook we use in noodle making course at our 7-day ramen school in Japan to all the attendees of this event.
