- A fine Dine in with the Chef and your new friends by enjoying the cooked dish with the famous Man Tou (a traditional Chinese bun).
ABOUT THE DISH:Chilli crab - A true Singaporean seafood dish. Mud crabs are commonly used and are stir-fried in a semi-thick, sweet and savory tomato and chili-based sauce. Despite its name, chilli crab is not a very spicy dish.
Black Pepper Crab - Crabs are served with a perfectly coated layer of fragrant and delicious black pepper sauce, making the fresh and succulent flesh tastier.
Salted Egg Yolk Crab - Buttery, creamy and with a little zing, these gorgeous salted egg yolk crabs are worth the effort if you want to impress friends and family.
ABOUT THE HOST:
Alizah and her husband runs the Lab Kitchen. They cater various type of cuisine such as Malay, Chinese, Thai, Western and International Cuisines. They frequently host guests at their humble crib for lunch and dinner.
