Calisthenics Class: Free the Spartan in You!

I don't make excuses - I make results! That's our slogan for our calisthenics class, every Sunday 5pm at Tiong Bahru Park.

Using solely your own bodyweight for resistance and relying on minimal equipment, you will learn how to perform a range of exercises, such as push-ups, pull-ups, core exercises, and lower body exercises. In this class, you will be learning and building a strong and lean physique using calisthenics. It is for anyone; male or female, beginner or advanced who is interested in building complete strength and taking their workouts and themselves to the next level.
