Licensed in California, Mr. Santamaria's firm focuses on business immigration through visas such as E-2 and L-1A to help businesses expand to Silicon Valley and beyond. He also has experience with other visas and immigration matters such as the O-1 visa for extraordinary individuals, adjustment of status and removal defense. He is an SJD (PhD equivalent) graduate from Golden Gate University School of Law where he wrote his dissertation on why immigrants benefit the U.S. economy and legal and tax issues Chinese, Filipinos, Japanese and Vietnamese face when immigrating to the U.S. He's a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association. Brennan Pardee Bio: Brennan held a variety of creative and analytical marketing positions for consumer products companies, software startups, hospitality firms, and airlines before pivoting to Executive Business English coaching. Drawing on this unique experience, he began by teaching English to the employees of Intel Japan in Tokyo, and has developed many customized English acceleration programs for clients who want to broaden their business's reach online and overseas.
