And so, Chef david will be conducting a cooking class on the full preparation of Hainanese chicken rice, from the rice, chicken and soup, to the chili sauce. He will also explain the difference between Hainanese and Cantonese chicken rice.The class will include other classic Hainanese dishes such as Curry Chicken, Fried Pork Chop and Mutton Soup. And Chef David will also cover a classic Hainanese dish that has been almost forgotten by locals, Jiaji Duck.
