The class is jointly conducted with Yoga Tribe.Yoga is designed to support your sport. Work on your breath to increase aerobic capacity, awareness and focus. Experience sequences designed to open up hip flexors, shoulders and your spine. Let your connective tissue expand their range of motion, thus developing better health and energy flow in your joints, organs, muscles and bones. Experience a sense of vitality yet calm by the end of each session. PushPullGive is a social enterprise that forges social impact through fitness. We want to Push you further, Pull you to the next level and enable you Give back to the marginalised youths and kids of Singapore.This is the first session of a course that will take place every Sunday, so if you like it, please come back.
