Learn simple techniques that you can start applying immediately at home and at work to help you to self manage a healthy mind. You will learn basic principles of humming in harmony mindfulness and active dual listening in order to produce connect to others. The experience supported by a piano performance in a group will finish with a group vocal improvisation. To do that I am setting up a choir . We want to create awareness about the invisible link between poor housing conditions and mental health affecting many Londoners.
