of Agitation is a
forum that features two prominent Singapore playwrights who will share their
views on the theatre and drama landscape in Singapore, including those that
have been evolving within the Malay theatre scene. The realms of creativity and
the projection of imageries and social messages, not excluding the sense of
agitation, are some of the underlying and conscious motivation amongst the
playwright and theatre advocates.This session will be conducted in
English and moderated by Dr Azhar Ibrahim.Cita Seni is co-presented by The Arts House and the NUS Department of
Malay Studies.
