For the fourth year, we are inviting all Arduino enthusiasts to join us in celebrating Arduino’s birthday on Saturday, April 1st!Arduino Day is a 24-hour-long worldwide event where people interested in Arduino can get together, share their experiences, and learn more about the platform through all sorts of activities, tailored to local audiences. Participation is open to anyone, from young Makers and students to professional engineers and designers.We are working to put together a line-up of activities e.g. workshops to help our participants learn and build their next cool projects with Arduino. Introduction to Arduino. Novice/Beginner's Workshop 10am-11am; 2pm-3pm (1 hour) [Venue: PLab (lvl 1)]:Participants get to know, try out and experiment with their first-ever microcontrollerThey will get to learn to code simple program to blink LED, with push button switch, etcNOTE: All participants are reminded to bring their own laptop (Windows or MacOS) computer for this session.Arduino CTC 101 Educator Workshop 12pm-1pm; 3pm-4pm (1 hour) [Venue: Room 3.1 (lvl 3)]:Introduction of the Arduino Creative Technologies for the Classrrom (CTC) programmeParticipants (preferably educators) can pick up some suggestions on how to improve their delivery to the students.NOTE: All participants are reminded to bring their own laptop (Windows or MacOS) computer for this session.Maker Workshop, Showcase and Demo (whole day) [Venue: PLab (lvl 1)]:Advanced users can share and learn from another about incorporating Arduino to for other applications e.g. IoTVisitors can also signup on-site for concurrent paid workshops:Inifinity mirrorMotion sensing robot1Sheeld application
