For the first time, Oogachaga is organising a charity yoga session, as part of our fundraising events. With Yoga Inc (Guillemard Road) as our kind venue sponsor, we invite you to join our 2 yoga instructors who will be conducting concurrent classes:AMANDA KOH advocates a joyful practice that is safe, informed and loving, and speaks candidly, as her authentic self, and encourages her students to be unapologetically strong, spiritually rooted and self-loving. Her classes enable students to explore yoga in intuitive freeform movement that responds, rather than restricts the body's natural rhythms and gestures. Amanda will be conducting the Active class.TOM CONDON has been teaching yoga and meditation for 19 years, and combines humor and compassion in his classes to provide a calming and stress-relieving experience. Emphasis is on building awareness of the breath and the body through gradual stretching and strengthening of the body. Tom will be conducting the Gentle class. Programme:5.30pm: Registration begins. You are encouraged to arrive before 6pm to get ready.6.00pm: Concurrent classes start. Late-comers will *not* be allowed to join in.7.15pm: Class ends. There will be light refreshments of fruit & juices served after class. You're invited to stay back to mingle & network. ----------------------------- About Oogachaga:Oogachaga (OC) is Singapore’s only community-based, professional counselling, support & personal development organisation working exclusively with lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, questioning, queer & gender-diverse (LGBTQ+) individuals, couples & families.
