In June 2016, WOBB launched their first ever Awesome Career Fair, which gave 100 Gen Y jobseekers a head start with HR representatives from 10 great companies in Malaysia. In November 2016, WOBB hosted Round 2 at twice the size: 20 great companies and 200 talented jobseekers.Last time, we had Shell, Digi, Maxis, PayPal, KFIT, Taylor's Education, Piktochart, OpenMinds, and more. What was most beneficial was being able to hear how candidates tell their stories in their own way. This would not be heard in the case of normal CV submissions. It was so successful that in November 2016 we doubled the attendees - 20 jobseekers and 200 jobseekers.What am I paying for?The different tiers determine your location at the fair, but all tiers include unlimited drinks and snacks for 2 people from your company. You will also receive all the CVs of the event attendees, who went through a shortlisting process in order to be invited to this event.What's the difference between the different tiers? Basically it's about how prime the location is in the venue. They're all good and will get traffic, because the venue is just the right size. But, some stations will be more prominent than others.
