Seafood Mania: Local Crab Cooking Class with Alizah!
What to expect in this lesson:

Chilli crab - A true Singaporean seafood dish. Mud crabs are commonly used and are stir-fried in a semi-thick, sweet and savory tomato and chili-based sauce. Despite its name, chili crab is not a very spicy dish.
Black Pepper Crab - Crabs are served with a perfectly coated layer of fragrant and delicious black pepper sauce, making the fresh and succulent flesh tastiest.
Salted Egg Yolk Crab - Buttery, creamy and with a little zing, these gorgeous salted egg yolk crabs are worth the effort if you want to impress friends and family.
A little background of our host:
Alizah and her husband the chef, started their Lab Kitchen early this year. They cater to those working couples whom got no time to cook for their meal. They also cater various type of cuisine such as "Malay Traditional Cuisine" , "Chinese Cuisine", "Thai Cuisine" , "Western Cuisine" and also "International Cuisine".
They have frequently hosted guest at their humble crib for lunch, dinner either Ala-carte or Buffet which received many positive reviews by past participants regardless of food or hospitality.
