Living in the moment Group Meditation

Are you easily stressed, agitated, frustrated or moody? Are there times where you felt overwhelmed, like you are losing control or need to take control? Many day to day events that happen to you or around you indirectly causes stress on your body, you can experience stress from your environment, your body and even from your thoughts. How will your life be like if you could take a moment to relax and quiet your mind?

Join me and a group of like minded people for an evening of Kundalini Yoga Meditation class (suitable for anybody) to experience the relaxation and quietness within the mind and learn how you can use this practical "in-the-moment" tool anywhere, anytime to bring yourself back into the state of calmness and inner peace.
