Let go of tension, limitations, and chaos to find the space to feel amazing in your body and relax into sleep. Step out of your daily evening routine into a state of freedom and chill. Take it easy on your mind and body. Become inspired by where your body can take you, find balance, self acceptance, non-judgement, and peace from within. Enjoy the space that feels almost like a home. We'll clear away the tables, for yoga to be held at Gato cafe (just take the escalator up 1 floor at Nexus, Bangsar South, where you can also park). You'll find me here most days, for catch ups, meetings, and my "office" - basically my second home. I often see many around me, sometimes lost with furry, in their work, or many around me working hard, building their business(es), and figured this cafe was a nice cozy space to help us all remember to come back to ourselves, our mind and body, and relax into being in the moment, into our evening. *RM 20 *Bring your own mat (we’ll have a few extra mats, just post if you need to reserve)*Come earlier, say you're joining yoga, and enjoy 10% OFF your coffee, tea, dinner, or dessert!*You'll find me there starting ~ 8:30pm :)"Attended Cynthia's winding down yoga class and I had such a great sleep after that! Without being too yin, Cynthia takes you through a gentle flow that opens up your body to negate all the sitting and slouching you might have been doing the whole day. My favourite part of the class was setting intentions at the start! Really helps me to start bringing my awareness to the present moment and fully enjoy the session!" ~ Sylvia Yin, co-founder at Shoppr App I love to create events that unite things I love - in this case, yoga for relaxation, and my favorite cafe in KL where you'll find me most days -->ga.to gateau! About your co-host - Gato Gateau CafeA relaxed and contemporary cafe where you can enjoy your cake and coffee with a side of savoury all day. Breathe again to feel light with self-love, kind to yourself, and the bliss that comes deeply in the mind and body when we can let go and just be :)Cynthiã Wõng is on a mission to create 1 million inspired moments to empower people all over the world. She sees yoga as a transformative opportunity for people to connect to the light within and all around us.Inspired by teachers and workshops at festivals such as Murfest and Bali Spirit Fest, she integrates breath, environment, music, and fun to build conscious communities, together embracing yoga, as well as individual goals and visions. She continues to expand her yoga class offerings to include elements she’s passionate about. While born and raised in US, Cynthia has lived in 8 countries and traveled 56, first moving to KL in 2012. She received her Hatha Vinyasa RYT200 in Bali and taught yoga for various groups – women, yoga for families, couples, new moms, refugee girls and women, male pageant finalists, at the yoga/spirit/music/dance festival MURFEST, even designing a series of yoga classes for running. Settings expand beyond beautiful studios to candlelit balconies, city center rooftops, beaches, eco-resorts, desert festivals, parks with front row skyline view, photography studios, cafes, her weekly Sunday sunset yoga classes under a huge open air dome, and soon, cafes, photography studios, and retreats! She loves finding new benefits of yoga besides enhanced mind, body, and health. She’s benefitted greatly from improved posture day-to-day at a laptop, using yoga as her primary training for full marathons (yoga allowed her to run 2 full marathons + 1 ultramarathon within a year), building flexibility and strength to move into poses she never thought she could achieve, increased energy, stamina, awareness of self and others, and more.Cynthia believes through connecting with not only our mind and bodies, but also each other, the sights, sounds, and our space, we can surrender to the magic around us to become truly inspired by our light within. To follow her and upcoming classes:(FB) Cynthia Active Yogi(IG) @Cynthia_ActiveYogi(Peatix) https://peatix.com/group/40836
