It is the subsidiary of Doutor Nichires Holdings, one of the biggest F&B companies in Japan. Mr. Sakai has been managing D&N Singapore since April 2015, which owns Hoshino Coffee, Doutor Coffee, The Asian Kitchen, and Yomenya Goemon in Singapore. He has more than 20 years of experience in the F&B business, and has join D&N International since 2009.Mr. Sakai is on his mission in Singapore was to develop these restaurant brands under his belt, while his family is living in Tokyo. He holds a MBA from Warwick Business School in the UK, and his favourite Singaporean food are Chicken Rice, Bak Kut The, Sweet Potato Leaves with Sambal sauce.
