Here, the diplomatic mission is to use the power of food to bring Japan's local regions together with the nations of the world. The Embassy of Tengenji, located in the heart of the Hiroo district of Tokyo,is setting out make the act of sharing in local food the diplomatic currency through which Japan's local regions, culture, and people can come together and exchange on a global stage. Around 100 people are expected to attend this party. Many Japanese and Non-Japanese will be participating.
