Mitra Muzika is a concert that brings together musicians from Singapore and Malaysia. In this 2017 edition, Orkestra Sri Temasek will be collaborating with Orkestra Tradisional Malaysia to produce a one night only performance that showcase the works of musicians from the both countries. Featuring conductor Mr Yazid Zakaria of Orkestra Tradisional Malaysia, Syafiqah 'Adha, graduant from Yong Siew Toh Conservatory of Music and Megat Muhammad Firdaus, conductor of Orkestra Sri Temasek. The concert will feature works composed by them.Expect variations of familiar pieces such as Zapin Telok Blangah, Cindai and Anggerik Desa.Doors opens at 7.30pm. Audience to be seated by 7.45pm.
