new way to experience yoga. For these exclusive sessions, all guests will be
provided with a set of wireless noise cancelling headphones that eliminate all
external distractions, allowing you to be seamlessly guided through the class
in a incredibly personal sense.This class is presented by REAL YOGA >>Mudra Flow led by Real Yoga's Founder, Master Saumik Bera. Mudra means “seal,” “gesture,” or “mark.” Yoga mudras are symbolic gestures often practiced with the hands and fingers. They facilitate the flow of energy in the subtle body and enhance one’s journey within. Master Saumik developed a unique Mudra Flow sequence where you will learn to explore mudras step by step for you to add something new to your yoga practice. Experience a traditional asana practice that is both the modern and unique with the combination of mudras.
