The programme is supported by the Singapore Film Society.The Smalls is a content creation platform that connects the world's brightest filmmaking talent to the world's biggest brands, agencies, publishers and global broadcast networks looking for new and original ideas. The Smalls Film Festival, established in 2006, is a yearly celebration of independent filmmaking, with a focus on putting the spotlight on the best international talent in short film and video.
