Taming Your Angry Wolf
Do you get angry, irritated or frustrated over the slightest thing? For example, when someone cuts your queue; when your child makes a mess while eating; or when you hear or see something that you dislike?
Do you find your behavior unacceptable when you are angry? Do you regret saying something or doing something whenever you lose control in the moment of heat? And having to face the negative consequences after you have cooled down?
Don’t you want to understand why you behave the way you did again and again which resulted in the frustration of yourself and the people around you?
Isn’t it great if you could find the key to overcome your anger issues so that you can have more inner peace, harmony with yourself and others? And hence, experience more happiness?
If you answer “Yes” to any of the above, don’t worry, you are not alone. We would like to invite you to our workshop where we can learn together and help each other overcome similar issues.
