Tea improves your CREATIVI-TEA!!"Chackathon" is an ideathon with tea (茶 Cha). The first Chackathon was held in May 2014 at Evernote HQ in Silicon Valley, CA. In addition, 6 more were held in Silicon Valley/ San Francisco, Seattle, and New York (as of January 2017). Chackathon was also held in Japan 7 times. In total, over 500 people have joined this ideathon series.These ideathons are organized by ITO EN, a leading tea company from Japan, and TOKYO CULTURE CULTURE project by NIFTY Corporation. This Chackathon will be in SHIBUYA and we will ideate on how to create a unique "SHIBUYA map for foreign tourists".Tea is a beneficial part of our daily life that symbolizes a healthy and peaceful life. Naturally, we will utilize the benefits of ITO EN tea as we discus innovative solutions. At this Chakathon, attendees (estimated 30-35) will make 5-6 groups and discuss "HOW TO MAKE AN ENJOYABLE & USEFUL SHIBUYA MAP FOR FOREIGN TOURISTS.” At the end, judges will select the best idea and award a prize!!We will make groups by combining Japanese attendees with attendees from other countries, but don't worry about your language. We will have some interpreters and we will be able to communicate non-verbally (gestures, pictures, etc).
