A world often synonymous with multi-tasking, and keeping up with an array of physical, mental and emotional demands. Besides expressing oneself, art journaling steers you off the busyness of the day, and into the calm.By keeping an art journal, you will learn how to process your emotions, document your thoughts, and stay inspired. There is no right or wrong in keeping an art journal, and the workshop will be facilitated with guidelines provided. No experience or particular skills are required, as options will be provided. But more than anything else, it will be taking time off to nurture yourself, and have some fun.
