Meditation and Temple Dance

Bring in the new year at this meditation and sacred dance event where you will experience the power of meditation and dance to heal the body-mind and awaken your true inner beauty.

Temple Dance is deep sensual healing dance based in the mystical roots of belly dance. By flowing body movement using sacred geometries such as circles, waves, spirals, infinity loops and serpentine arms you will open, unseal, untie and uncover the gate of your sacred temple, Yoni.

During the meditation you will be guided to pause and deepen your inner connection and awareness for greater self-understanding and self-healing. This calm state of mind will then set the stage for you to embark on a journey to touch the essence of the divine feminine within.
Join us to quiet the mind, listen to you heart and free your body.

This event is open only to women.
