I grew up in a temple near Nagoya. Shojin-ryori which we eat at temples is Japanese vegetarian food, and I love the dishes. (Although I eat meat as well)As I am a liensed fooking instructor as well as English instrustor, I am offering Japanese cooking lessons in English.
